Eric deRegt: Thanks again Terri for taking the time to do this interview with me for WrestleBeat.com. So let's begin...

Terri: Ok fire away.

Eric deRegt: First Off, What do you think of your current relationship with the WWF?

Terri: Well business wise I am very happy to be with the WWF and unless something drastic happens then hopefully I won't have to leave the organization. On a personal note the locker room is very friendly and I get along with everybody.

Eric deRegt: That's good to hear. With the lack of women on WWF programming in recent weeks, do you know of any plans coming soon to get you and fellow WWF women in more active roles in the company?

Terri: Well they [the WWF] are planning on getting us angles at the moment and feuds with other women or simply be a manager as most of us have no in ring experience. They told us they have high hopes for all the women and I'm glad. As for on TV there should be at least 7 women on a broadcast.

Eric deRegt: Is your feud with The Kat going to continue?

Terri: For a few weeks, but there are no long term plans.

Eric deRegt: Do you think there will be a match at the King of the Ring involving The Kat and yourself?

Terri: There aren't any plans at the moment and to be quite honest it wouldn't be a very long and entertaining match. But if asked to go out there and do it, I will and I'm sure Stacy will as well.

Eric deRegt: How did you first get into the wrestling business?

Terri: My husband.

Eric deRegt: Are you still married to Dustin?

Terri: Not anymore but we keep in contact everyday. We talk about family, wrestling and our child. We get on well, but we had a mutual feeling about our marriage.

Eric deRegt: What is the atmosphere backstage in the WWF?

Terri: Its great. We're all great friends we get along so well its like one big family. We all watch each other?acks. Before an event the guys are even locked away in there dressing rooms focusing on the job or playing poker.

Eric deRegt: Do you plan on wrestling full time in the WWF instead of being a valet primarily?

Terri: No way! It wasn't as if I would of won the battle royal last week.

Eric deRegt: Yeah I see what you mean. When you're not on WWF programming, who are some of your friends in the WWF?

Terri: I hang out with all the girls. I'm friendly with a lot of the backstage people. To be honest I don't have one particular mate.

Eric deRegt: Oh okay. Who are your favorite wrestlers to work with when you?on WWF television?

Terri: I don't have a favorite to work with, as I?ot in the ring very much. For example though I had confidence in Buh Buh Ray Dudley when I did the powerbomb through a table skit.

Eric deRegt: Is there any chance you would consider wrestling at any other promotions?

Terri: Not at the moment, no

Question: Would you ever consider leaving WWF for ECW?


WWFLive1: Marlena: Absoulutely NOT. We believe in first class all the way.

Question: Dustin do you thik you could defeat your father in his prime?


WWFLive1: Goldust: Yes. I'm more agile, stronger and I have a better height advantage. And besides that, my attitude is 100% better. He was great in his prime, but I feel I have surpassed him.


Question: Goldust, now that you have turned... or come out of the closet so to speak... How has the fan reaction been on the road?


WWFLive1: Goldust: The fans are great. As long as their good to me, I'm good to them and I enjoy being around good fans.


Question: Marlena -Are you going to pop your top at any more events???


WWFLive1: Marlena: I am not quite sure if that was the right thing to do or the wrong thing to do. However, on the spur of the moment, I did what I had to to save my man. I don't plan on making that part of my life. I'm not an exhibitionist. I just like low cut dresses... LOL

WWFLive1: Marlena: If Goldust sees it in print or hears me say it right now, he'll become livid so I'd rather not repeat it.

Question: Everyone knows that you are Dustin Rhodes, why did you choose to be Goldust?


WWFLive1: Goldust: I enjoy Goldust and the excitement that he brings to my life.
Question: Dustin - with your association with WWF and your father being commentator on WCW does this in any way affect your father and son relationship?


WWFLive1: Goldust: Not at all. We are both professionals.


Question: DO YOU STILL TALK TO YOUR FATHER???


WWFLive1: Goldust: I'm very busy, so not that much.


Question: What will be your stategy at the Royal Rumble against Hunter?


WWFLive1: Marlena: I think as angry and upset as Goldust is with HHH right now he will throw strategy out the window. I think Goldust is ready to eat HHH alive.


Question: Goldust, why did you wait so long to say you are not gay?


WWFLive1: Goldust: At the time, that was my strategy. I wanted to toy with everyone I wrestled with. What better way to keep them off balance than to toy with their minds.


Question: Marlena... who else will you manage in the future?


WWFLive1: Marlena: Right now my prime interest is Goldust. I am sticking with him through thick and thin. If I change my mind, I will let you know.


Question: Marlena, why not have Goldust take part in the Rumble? Go for the Federation Title?


WWFLive1: Marlena: When you have a beef with someone, you don't sidestep that. You take care of the matter at hand. As for the RR, we may wind up with the Federation title too!


Question: Marlena, we have seen some controversial photos in the Raw Magazine... Any more on the way?


WWFLive1:Marlena: Look for a brand new layout of Goldust and Marlena. And also a very interesting photgraph will be on Marlena's new t-shirt... look for that too!


Question: You both have been in the WWF for some time now, has things changed for you both?


WWFLive1: Marlena: We've settled in. We know who we can trust and who we can't and basically we like where we are.


Question: How do you guys deal with the hectic traveling in the WWF?


WWFLive1: Marlena:Lots of sleep on planes, lots of practical jokes and lots of vitamins.


Question: How would you compare Vince McMahon to Eric Bischoff?


WWFLive1: Marlena: I have a world of respect for Vince McMahon... for his creativity, for his talent. And let's just put it this way... I don't have alot of respect for Eric Bischoff the man. I occasionally respect what he does on TV. But as of late, I haven't even respected that.


Question: If you guys win the IC Title... who will be next?


WWFLive1: Marlena: We may have to tear Lawler's head off first. And then we'll see about some real opponents.


Question: What do you think of the Nation of Domintation?


WWFLive1: Marlena: I think their all a bunch of baby Farrakhan's.


Question: Marlena or Goldust, what are your thoughts on Shotgun Sat. Night?


WWFLive1: Marlena: I think it will be great. I think it has lots of energy. As with any new show, there are some bugs to be worked out but we look forward to being on it again soon.


Question: Marlena, why do you feel the WWF has been losing the Ratings wars to WCW?


WWFLive1: Marlena: Because we haven't been taking the chances that we should take. I hope in the future that we will move ahead with an open minded attitude.
It's very hard to wrestle for kids and appease them and also wrestle for adults and appease them at the same times. And as you probably know since there are both of you out there now, we have to find a middle ground to please both of you.


Question: Marlena or Goldust, when Goldust appeared to be gay... He was the most hated villian around. Do you guys regret the change in attitude? (His old way made me watch).


WWFLive1: Marlena: No. We are open minded...we have new attitudes and we are moving forward. Progression is good. And who says we've stopped being serious and controversial?


Question: You both have seen many wrestlers come and go. Why haven?ou guys left the WWF and what are your goals?


WWFLive1: Marlena: We are pleased up until this point. Our motto is that if you treat us fairly we will be fair... to all the fans who have supported us and continue to do so, we thank you. To those fans who arent so high on us, we can only continue to try to do better...keep watching. Golden wishes, Marlena and Goldust.
